This stylish studio is the perfect place to get away from city life, to experience the peace & quiet of Sedona`s high mountain desert. Ideally located at the edge of town on more than 5 acres, you`ll have room to roam. Enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Spend time under star-studded skies & take in the full expanse of the Milky Way. Inside you`ll find all the creature comforts - luxury hotel bedding, huge flat screen TV, stocked kitchenette (coffee included!), washer/dryer & a large bathroom.

Welcome to the Urban Cowboy Country Studio - an ideal getaway for one or two adventurous travelers looking to experience the grandeur and beauty of Sedona’s high mountain desert. Tucked away on a quiet country road, and yet just 10 minutes to Sedona, grocery stories, shopping, activities & world class hiking.

The studio features rich wood-paneled high ceilings and modern decor. Enjoy the big-screen HDTV and streaming services from your comfortable queen size bed with luxury hotel linens and plenty of pillows. The touch of a remote control button controls the studio’s air conditioning and heat, and there is also an overhead ceiling fan for your comfort. The studio features Starlink WiFi access for all of your internet devices.

A well-stocked kitchenette makes it easy to brew your morning tea or locally-roasted coffee (all provided), uncork your favorite bottle of wine, store drinks & food in the mini fridge, and heat meals in the microwave. The spacious bathroom features a tub and shower, with a large closet. The bathroom also contains a washer and dryer, available for your use throughout your stay (unscented detergent provided).

Outside you’ll have access to the full grounds. There is plentiful parking and space to accommodate a camper van or vehicle and trailer. Note: there is a second unit in the building with a full-time tenant (each unit has it`s own entrance). There is a caretaker that lives onsite in a travel trailer located in the front yard. You have access to the 5+ acres, where you can explore the desert terrain, walk the country roads nearby, and experience the quiet solitude of this beautiful landscape.

You will have access to the entire studio. You have access to the grounds of the property. There is a two bay garage that is locked and cannot be accessed by guests.

The property is located on a gravel road in the country, with adjacent properties featuring larger parcels for horses, paddocks, barns, etc.

Please park in the driveway in front of the studio. You are welcome to walk the property, and the country roads in the area.

There is a short stretch of road, about 1/4 mile, that is somewhat rough but should be easily navigated by any type of vehicle.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
