Lux Villa Core with heated pool is a stylized urban property located in Seget Donji near Trogir in the heart of middle Dalmatia.
It is characterized by high quality and attention to the comfort of guests, and from which we can single out specially air-conditioned rooms, each with its own bathroom, ...
From everywhere there is a spectacular view that takes your breath away and makes your stay even more special.
Villa Core is a property carefully designed and equipped for a complete comfortable stay of guests.
The space is air conditioned and fully equipped so you won't miss anything. Each room has a private bathroom and a balcony with a perfect view.
The yard is also carefully designed so that in addition to the heated pool, which also offers a fantastic view, you will also find a barbecue and dining area.
In addition to fun at the pool, PS4 and Netflix are also on offer, which is not just fun for children :)
Guests have access to all the facilities of the entire property, and enjoy the privacy of their stay. Parking is provided free of charge as part of the accommodation.
We are located in a quiet environment in which there are private houses, our location is separated from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet close enough to all the facilities of modern life that our environment abounds.
To make it easier to move around and explore the rich surroundings, you will still need a car, but even that is not a problem if a car is not an option because we can always arrange transportation with a reliable taxi driver.
In the center of town, along the coast, we have provided a free parking space for you to make it easier for you to move, so you are in the center of Trogir through a 15 minute easy walk.

Geweldig huis op een schitterende locatie. Met auto ben je overal binnen paar minuten, voor uitstapjes is dit ook perfect. Trogir is super dorpje, omgeving heeft alles, supermarkt dichtbij, bakker en slager. ‘s Avonds heerlijke BBQ met super uitzicht. Gratis parkeerplaats voor strand, maar ook andere strandjes heel dichtbij. Heel mooi gebied om vaker terug te komen! Wij hebben genoten, dit was de ultieme vakantie in super luxe huis.

Beautiful Villa in good location for travelling around. Ivan and Drazen were very helpful and friendly, very quick to respond to queries prior and during our stay. When we arrived Drazen was there to meet us to show us around and took my husband out to show him where the local shops and the handy private parking space in the village is.The house is great with an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and is very spacious. The 2 other bedrooms are upstairs with a shared large balcony with beautiful views over the sea and islands. All bedrooms are en-suite. The whole house is modern and clean. Outside is great with a BBQ, outside fridge, sink and large dining table all under cover in the shade. I loved sitting there eating breakfast and looking at the view, a great way to start the day. The pool area has sunbeds and the pool is salt filtered, which is much better than chlorine for skin allergies or heat rash. The pool is 1.6m deep all along (no shallow end), there are steps in. As our sons are in their mid to late teens the pool was perfect for us to play pool games together. Beautiful views from the pool area. Parking sufficient for 2 cars. The house is situated up a steep hill and is a 2 minute drive to Seget Donji where there is a great bakery, some good restaurants and a beach. It’s about 5 minute drive to Trogir, 30 minutes to Split. Would recommend having a car for exploring.

Beautiful villa with fantastic amenities. Drazen and Ivan were perfect hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy access to Old Town and only 5 by Uber. Stunning views and Trogir is gorgeous with lots of restaurants/cafes/bars. Can't recommend Villa Core Lux highly enough.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Core. Das Haus ist relativ neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns wrnn nötig weiter geholfen. Wir empfehlen dieses wunderbare Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!
