The Fontaine Margo property with step-free interior in Seillans is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday overlooking the countryside. The 280 m² villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as 3 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 14 people.



Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in the living area and upstairs, washing machine and tumble dryer. A cot and high chair are also available.

This holiday rental benefits from a private outdoor area including a heated swimming pool with sun lounger area, a very large garden, a 50 m2 pool house with kitchen area and barbecue, a dining room and 2 outdoor lounges as well as an outdoor shower.

The villa also has a petanque court and table tennis table.

The property is in a quiet location, surrounded by 9800 m² of land with olive trees and a pine and oak forest.

The villa is located in the commune of Seillans in the Var, a village listed as one of the most beautiful in France.

The surrounding area offers many leisure activities, including the Terres Blanches golf course, gliding, horse-riding, tennis courts, hiking, sailing, rowing, water sports and many excellent restaurants.

Parking is available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

A maximum of 5 pets is allowed.

Smoking is not permitted indoors and no celebrations are allowed.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living/dining room and in the three bedrooms upstairs, guaranteeing optimum comfort in hot weather. Outside, you'll find a petanque court, ideal for sharing convivial moments. What's more, the terrace beneath the pool house has been converted into a table tennis room, for moments of leisure in total simplicity.

In view of the quietness of the area and the constraints associated with the smooth running of the house, and in the light of past experience, we are obliged to refuse to let to groups of young people. Events such as birthdays, hen parties, christenings, etc., must be notified to us prior to rental. In addition, the Town Hall imposes restrictions on noise and music after 10pm (midnight on Saturday nights). We thank you in advance for respecting these rules in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
