世宗市にあるホテルの中ではこじんまりした小規模なホテルですが、高速バス停や総合庁舎にも近く、人口湖に面した静かな立地でした。部屋は清潔でコンパクトです。エアコンに加えて床暖房（オンドル）もあり、韓国らしい雰囲気も楽しめました。なによりも価格がリーズナブルなので「推し」です。要望を言えば、シャワーやバスタブにカーテンがあるとシャワーの温水が飛び散らなくてよいです。そして、シャワーの排水が排水溝に流れるような傾斜設計になっておらず、トイレ便座周辺に水たまりができていました。気にはなりませんが、バスルームのこの点が改善されると「ベスト」です。

운영자와 직원이 열심히 하는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 아침 식사용 샌드위치를 미리 주문할 수 있는데 그날 아침 도시 사정으로 샌드위치 업체에서 배달에 어려움을 겪자 어떻게든 문제를 해결해 주려고 노력하여 다소 불편은 있었지만 불만은 없다.
