FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

Linens: Property Manager will provide pillows, blankets, comforters and mattress pads. However, sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided as part of this rental agreement. Rental Guest must provide his/her own towels and linens. One local company providing linen rental services is Gale Force Rentals at www.galeforcerentals.com or order on line by calling 1-800.321.1592. You have the option of picking up (10-15 minutes away) OR request delivery to your property.

Perfect size for 12 person vacation

This property provided the perfect amount of space and our family vacation. We had 12 people and everyone had their own space and having multiple bathrooms was convenient.

Amazing

The property is amazing and just as pictured. The community is equally nice, a lot of beautiful homes, golf courses and a great place to walk. We enjoyed everything so much. Kitchen was huge and had pots, pans, silverware and a lot of other necessities.

Great house for large family

13 people in 3 generations - this house was great for us. Only downside was the longer than easy walking distance to many activities. Spacious, adequately equipped, very clean. The bunk bed room for the younger folks worked very well. We come to this community for a week every summer, and would be happy to return to this property.

We loved the property, It was very spacious and nicely furnished. My grandchildren range from age 24 to 3. They enjoyed age appropriate activities from beach to swimming, gym., hot tub and fishing. We will definitely return.

Family Vacation at Bayside

We had a lovely stay. House was very nice. The *activities* passes were a bit expensive for really just a shared pool that fills up very quickly. The shuttle only runs on weekends. The community pool was quite aways from the house. It would be great if the house came with some "outdoor" things. (Bikes, chairs, games, beach stuff). Closest Beach is approximately 15-20 min. Overall nice stay.

Disappointed rental

Called 1st day about a light fixture in kitchen that was hanging…never got repaired. Circuit breakers blew all lights on the 1st floor several times all week at least 50 times breaker would fail & even had to eat dinner in the dark the last night. Rental provided no beach chairs especially for a beach rental & kitchen cooking & serving equipment ie no mixing bowls, salad bowls, only 1 small fry pan. No linens provided & we had to make our own arrangements & make up all the beds. Will not rent this property ever again.

Great home, just needs a few touches

This was our 5th trip to a Bayside property. We love the pools, playground, and proximity to the beaches. This is a very nice home in a newer section of the resort. That being said, while the home was in great (like-new) condition, we feel as though there were a few things missing that could've made it the best one yet. Namely, in the kitchen, serving dishes and containers for leftover food. Also, the refrigerator and dishwasher need to be balanced; both of them are slightly tilted forward and can cause safety issues. The checkout instructions request that you sweep or vacuum, but there's no vacuum provided. Also, this is the only Bayside property we've been to that didn't have kids games like Uno or Monopoly or beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) provided. These are certainly not required elements, but they are a nice touch when you have so much else to pack for the family but don't have room in the car for everything. The rear screened-in porch was great at keeping bugs out, but the furniture was not very comfortable, and had no shades to keep the sun out when it's at eye level. The outside keypad on the garage door had dead batteries and there was no remote provided to use in a car. Would've been nice on the day of our stay that had heavy rainfall. This is wonderful property, and it just needs a few things to make it the Best one we've had.

Family Vacation

We had a great time and loved staying in this beautiful home. Very well furnished and had everything we needed. Decided to cook in often and loved that store was close and all the needed pans and dishes were there to use. Loved it and will stay again!!

Perfect house for multi-family gathering

This was the perfect family vacation for us after we waited years to do a large family gathering post pandemic. We needed enough rooms and bathrooms for 10 people with all the comforts of home and lots of activities for the kids. This house and Bayside couldn’t have been more perfect. We were able to accommodate every generation’s needs from older grandparents to young kids and the Bayside resort offerings were outstanding! We paid for the amenity passes which was well worth it. We didn’t even get to do half of what was offered. The house was beautiful, clean and very new. The appliances never seemed used before. It was well stocked with most of the essential tools. There were TVs in every room which was important to us and a bathroom for every family to use. The only things that would have made it better were if there were some chairs to sit in the upstairs balcony and if linens had been provided. It said we could rent linens but we didn’t do that. Jane was very responsive to my questions and very helpful with local recommendations. We definitely want to come back.
