L’appartamento in sé era pulito e abbastanza confortevole, quindi merita una valutazione neutra. Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi che hanno influenzato la nostra esperienza:- Zona: molto degradata, accanto a una stazione ferroviaria abbandonata. Le strade erano sporche e piene di immondizia, e il parcheggio sembrava un cantiere abbandonato, per nulla curato.- Check-out: non è stato effettuato alcun controllo. Ci è stato semplicemente detto di lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo.- Accuse postume: due giorni dopo la partenza, ci è stato inviato un messaggio in cui venivamo accusati di aver danneggiato la TV, il coperchio del WC (che era già rotto) e alcune tovaglie da bagno. Ci è stato richiesto un risarcimento di 250 euro, senza alcuna prova concreta.Facciamo villeggiatura da anni e non ci era mai capitata una situazione simile. Abbiamo deciso di affidarci a un avvocato per chiarire la questione.Conclusione: l’appartamento è accettabile, ma la gestione e la zona lasciano molto a desiderare. Esperienza deludente.
