Lovely place in Sellin

We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment in lovely Sellin on Rügen island. This place is ideal for two couples or a family with two kids as it’s big enough for 4 people. The living and dining area is downstairs and the bathroom too. Upstairs there are two nice bedrooms. The whole place is modern, stylish, comfy and very clean. Location is great too!

Rene værelser, lidt spindelvæv. Dejlig by at være i. Meget larm fra gaden. Sengen var virkelig dårlig at ligge i. Der står der er en ovn, men det var der ikke. Opholdet var godt.

Betten bequem, mehrere Schränke und Kommoden, so dass viel Platz für Kleidung war…Sauberkeit top, Küche war leider winzig, für hoch gewachsene Menschen etwas gefährlich, da zum Teil unter der Treppe gelegene Arbeitsplatte, mehrfach Kopf angestoßen, insgesamt zu wenig Abstellfläche und fehlender Topfdeckel des großen Topfes, großes Manko: kein Backofen vorhanden, Kühlschrank zu klein, 1Fl. Weißwein als Geschenk… sehr nette Geste, auch die gefüllte Obstschale…Dusche modern und genügend Handtücher, auch kleine Proben von Duschbad/ Shampoo, toll duftende Flüssigseife ( Bio-Blütezeit Salbei/Thymian) schön der Sitzplatz im Freien und die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und der Tür, so dass Mücken sich nur vereinzelt verirrten. Wäscheständer praktisch, leider fehlten Klammern. Insgesamt haben wir uns dennoch wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und auch im Kühlschrank standen zwei Flaschen Wasser und Bier. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, sogar Küchenrolle, Schwamm und Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber.

Unser Zimmer war für uns perfekt. Als wir ankamen wurden wir begrüßt durch eine handgeschriebene Karte mit einer Flasche Wein des Vermieters. Der Wohnung selbst sieht man an, dass die letzte Renovierung nicht lange her ist. Ein großes Bett mit elektrischen Rollläden, eine große Küchenzeile, ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und einem großem Balkon mit Tisch zum Innenhof. Wenn wir wieder nach Rügen kommen, dann mit Sicherheit wieder dort hin

In dieser Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt.Eincheck ist kontaktlos möglich gewesen. Leider trotz Endreinigung im Preis muss man noch vieles erledigen vor der Abreise, wie den Müll entsorgen, aufwaschen und wegräumen und auskehren.

Optisch war die Ferienwohnung auf den ersten Blick sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend. Auf den zweiten Blick merkte man jedoch, dass z.B. unter dem Sofa/Bett schon lange nicht mehr gewischt wurde, das Sofa selbst war super durchgesessen, im Badezimmer wurden lediglich Waschbecken, Duschkabine und Klo abgewischt, jedoch fanden wir noch Zahnpastastreifen und andere Flecken an den Wänden und generell war die Wohnung wirklich extrem hellhörig. Bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von knapp 100€ erwartet man definitiv mehr! Wir haben in den Töpfen/Besteck noch vertrocknete Essensreste von den Vorgängern gefunden. Der Lärm von der Straße hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, wir kommen aus der Stadt und irgendwo müssen Häuser nun ja stehen, aber die "Dämmung" nach oben war quasi nicht vorhangen. Unsere Nachbarn über uns haben so getrampelt, dass sowohl die Deckenlampen, als auch das Geschirr gewackelt hat. Der ständige Lärm hat uns sehr aufs Gemüt geschlagen. Auch ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss sehr dunkel, was teilweise an der Jahreszeit liegt, aber auch daran, dass über der Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer der Balkon der Nachbarn ist und man somit noch weniger Licht bekommt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war okay.
