The shortest distance to the high bank of the Baltic Sea is approx. 100 m. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view. The next beach access to the fine sandy and wide Sellin south beach can be reached within a few minutes in 250 m.

The beachhus 1 is ideal for 6 people. Overall heating over the entire house ensures pleasant temperatures in every season.

As a special highlight, the modern and spacious living room has a natural gas -powered fireplace, which delivers comfortable warmth on cool days or evenings at the push of a button. If the television program is not encouraged, an audio system with DVD player is available for designing your own cinema evenings.

The fully equipped open kitchen awaits your efforts for the production of culinary delights.
