The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the valley and its quiet location. Available for use: terrace, garden furniture and fire pit.
Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and fireplace. Dining room Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven and refrigerator. You have access to the terrace. Wind trap Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access.

Semič. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking is available on the property.
