     Bali Villa 2206 is a four-bedroom villa that is ideally suited for families, groups of friends or couples. It is located at the end of a private lane in Seminyak, only 5 minutes from it’s trendy Petitenget neighborhood. It’s strategic location also puts you only 10 minutes away from Cafe Del Mar beach club!

     Outdoor and Pool Area

     The walled gardens, lush gardens and a poolside bale with a thatched roof all add to the charm of the laid-back Balinese home away from home. Relax on natural rattan sunbeds while your children play in the wading pool. No children around? Take advantage of your private jacuzzi!

      Living Area

     To enjoy the outdoors to the fullest, Bali Villa 2206 has an open-concept, open-plan living and dining area. The interiors are at once modern and sophisticated where the natural outdoors works as the décor. The pristine walls of the living area, framed mirrors reflecting the green gardens and landscape art create a welcoming and soothing ambiance. The L-shaped sofa occupies the corner overlooking the garden. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, so you can lie back and relax.

     The kitchen is modern with top of the line appliances, a chic breakfast bar with a granite top, high stools for additional seating, and other useful amenities. You can relish your food on the eight-seater dining table that stands against the entrance to the living space so you have sumptuous garden views to go with a delicious feast.

     Bedrooms

     Bali Villa 2206 boasts four, well-furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms of which the master suite is found upstairs and the remaining three are found poolside with glass doors that lead you directly to the pool.

     The master bedroom is the most spacious with its own lounge area, private balcony and a king-sized bed with a stunning canopy. The pleasing colours, calming décor such as indoor plants, distressed furniture and jute rugs make the bedrooms a true haven for guests. The ensuite bathroom is equally luxurious with a tropical shower under a pergola roof and plants along the walls.

     The three guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and one with single beds. They are decorated with beautiful artwork, straw hats, jute baskets, batik prints and washed-out furniture for a rustic feel. Each bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are interconnecting; perfect for parents who would like to keep an eye on their children!

     Staff and Services

     Services at Bali Villa 2206 include daily housekeeping, pool/ garden maintenance and upkeep of the property. The staff is welcoming and attentive to the needs of guests and they pay special attention to any requests you may have. If you need babysitters, child-safety amenities, or wish to rent a car with driver, bicycles and scooters, the staff can arrange the same for an extra cost. Other special services include massages, a private chef and a BBQ.
