The room was fine, but strange. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The master bedroom was partitioned by glass, so there was no privacy. The second bedroom had no door. The kitchen area was nicely appointed and they had outlets that fit USA plugs and USB charge ports. The workout room was nice. Elevators took a long time.

Before booking this hotel, saw very positive reviews so we booked it. It’s a big spacious family room with kitchen but not fully equipped. For tourists, we need to have a good sleep be able to travel next day. We did not sleep well because one of the bedroom just right opposite the bathroom with toilet together, if one person in shower, you could hear the water, the lights from the bathroom, because the bedroom doesn’t have DOOR and only about 2 meters away. At night who ever go toilet and can wake up others because of the flushing water. If the bedroom has a door it will make huge differences. Quests can sleep better and happier.

We enjoyed staying at The Hotel Botanik Sewoon because of the very convenient location which was walkable to many of the markets, malls, restaurants and bars we wanted to visit, and it is also close to many bus and subway stops as well as being an easyTaxi and Uber pickup location. The best part was our room, which was very clean and included two bedrooms and we added an extra single rollaway bed which easily fit in the living room. This fit our family of four (with two teenagers) well. We were also excited that we could rent their screening room (small movie theater), to watch the premier of our favorite Netflix series. Lastly we loved having a convenience store open 24/7 onsite. Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel again!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The signature suite room is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The washer & dryer really helped out a lot. Foreign exchange is available on a machine located in the lobby. Good staff and greaf location.

My 3rd stay at the hotel this year. Location is great in between 2 subway stations (line 3 and 2) so handy for getting around Seoul. This area (Euljiro) and especially near the hotel is know as Hipjiro and is definitely up and coming. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are extremely comfortable. I also love that they have a washing machine and steamer. If I come back to Seoul again I will definitely stay here

We booked the two-bedroom suite. It had a musty odor when we first walked in. The main bedroom is nice but the second bedroom is tiny - there is barely any space to walk around to the other side of the bed; there is no closet and definitely no space for luggage. The location is not ideal for those who are visiting Seoul for the first time. It’s in a quiet area, empty at night, a bit of a walk to popular attractions. The hotel will not store your luggage for free if you check in/out - instead, they offer coin locker storage for which you can pay hourly. There is a convenience store in the building that’s very helpful to access. Overall our experience was just okay.
