The suite we booked was great for our family of 4, which included 2 rooms, washing machine and dryer. Location quiet and within walking distance to major attractions. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

We thought the room was just ok. Mainly the bathroom was our complaint. No shower curtain, so water splashes everywhere. Little to no counter space in there was difficult for the wife getting ready. The 24 hr attached convenient store was great. It had a wide selection and low prices. We like that it had a luggage storage facility for after we checked out we could leave a bags there for a while and explore town before our flight (paid facility). Loved that the room had robes too. I’d say the room was smaller than we thought. Overall 3/5 stars. Good, but won’t be staying again.

Loved the location and the amenities. Also the rooms were very spacious and new. The gym was nice with showers. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the city and Namsan tower. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and the moon set from the rooftop.

CPAP-incompatible hotel

Beautifully designed, and relatively spacious for the price in Seoul. However, inexplicably, there was no plug near the head of the bed, which is incompatible with a sleeper who uses a CPAP. I managed a workaround by inverting my orientation, with my head at the foot of the bed. But this is a strange omission for an otherwise well designed upscale hotel.

We stayed 3 nights with family and even thought the property is nicely furnished and the hotel/apartment is confortable, the location was terrible. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area and there is 1 restaurant and 1 bakery around but the area is not nice at all. Also, taxis are not readily available. I would not come back not for the Hotel but the area.
