We liked the area, quiet but very walkable and great transport links very close. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Gym was well equipped. We found the beds very hard and pillows not so comfortable. Booked the suite and didn’t need to use kitchen, however no utensils, plates, pots, etc anyway. Washing machine and dryer were great. Would be great to see wash line or clothes hanger as part of laundry.

Good places Great price!

The hotel was nice as its about 5 month old. Location is centralized between Myeongdong and Dongdaemun. its about 1 subway stop away for both places. We stayed in the family suite which included a kitchen 2bdrms and 1 bathroom and washer dryer which was a plus. the layout for the TV was weird as it was located in the main bedroom with sliding doors blocking the view from the kitchen and to watch it from the bedroom you'd have to move the pillows to the foot board to watch as the tv was placed in a weird corner wall. There is not many food places around at night. so when it was cold and raining we had to opt for a small GS25 store across the small street for food. if you dont have a korean phone number the front does offer to help you order delivery food, however they only have one 2 menus and both were fried chicken places and it took us more than 2 hours to get our food. The place does offer a golf simulation with a fee, when we signed up for this in the morning, no one was there to help turn on the simulator, and when we did get help the sensors werent working correctly so we werent able to use it. Overall, this place was a pleasant stay for us, The price, location and amenities were excellent. However, I think with it being so new there's still a lot of bumps that still need to be worked out ie. Communication, more food option or stores to grab things at, and more staff. I think it about another 6 months this place will be AWESOME to stay at.

The hotel is almost new and offer larger space than comparable price hotels in Seoul. Our 4 people Balcony room had a large fridge, cooktop, microwave, washer and dryer. It.also had tons of storage space. We felt very comfortable.

We reported that the AC in one of the room wasn't working and was told they will send a maintenance. No one had showed up the last 3 days until we checked out. It was not a big deal since the weather was quite cold outside but it would be great if it was fixed promptly for another guest who will check in. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. Thank you!

Staff were very nice and most were very helpful, it is unfortunate that there was conflicting information on whether we could extend our check-out by a couple of hours. Room is probably one of the best, i had better sleep here than other high end hotels. The only downside is the internet connection is quite bad in the room, especially the bedroom. The wifi was quite slow as well. It was difficult to watch videos on our phone on both mobile data and wifi. We were figuring out how to operate the netflix on TV but it seems that it requires a samsung account or something. Would be better if there were instructions on navigating through the netflix pages.

Great new hotel but there are areas of improvement. The location is not bad ~15min walk to myeongdong street. The hotel is super new but has issues (i.e. shower leaks to toilet, balcony is super dirty). We booked the suite, for some reason the 2nd bedroom had no door and there were no kitchen pots, pans, silverware etc.
