The property was at an excellent location! Close to markets and it gave more of a culture vibe than touristy. Room with terrace/balcony was spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive to everything, thank you! Definitely would stay again.

Location, location

Great location! It is in the local area of restaurants but if you walk 2 blocks away you have many more options! Great room size! Wonderful and comfy bed and pillows. Excellent transportation near by! Breakfast was free and ok!

Great location in the heart of Jongno near all the amazing street food vendors and around the corner from the metro. Very spacious room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful - they even located something I left behind and are holding it for someone to pick up for me.

I really liked this suite, everything in the room was new, the bed was comfortable, the washroom was nice. And the tv was suuuper big. Only thing for the suite that we booked is that there were a lot of different options for the type of room we paid for so you can never really know what youre gonna get. The pictures we saw had some computers in it which I would’ve loved. But unfortunately no pc, but at leas big tv. Only thing is I smelled the sewage a bit in the toilet room but at least I was able to close the door and I couldnt smell it throughout the suite. It seems like the smell is an ongoing thing in asia it was the same for me in Busan and Vietnam. Room service was great, the moment you leave the make up room light on as you leave they rush to your room to clean it, I think they have automatic notifiers. Really great suite, really good location. I’m a travel influencer and you can verify my review by checking me on social media, Jojitojii on Youtube, IG, and Tiktok.

I would have given 5 stars if the front desk was more welcoming and friendly. Overall Koreans do not like foreigner in their country. Hotel was nice and clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided. There is a rooftop area to hang out but beware if mosquitoes! The room is down feather everything, ehich made the bed very uncomfortable for me, but the blanket was comfy. They spoiled us with unlimited self serve bottled water! Note to management, be more customer friendly and welcome your patrons and you shall receive 5 stars easily! Been to Korea and seen it, dont care to go back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, comfy and they make the beds and changed the towels daily. Less than 3 mins walk to Jongno-3 ga subway. And the airport bus 6002 which cost only 17,000 wons is 5 mins walk away near to Exit 11 of subway. Plenty of choices of food around the hotel. Recommended!!
