整體住宿體驗滿意，很幸運地能夠訂到他們最大的房間型號，如其他房型，未必有足夠空間完全打開兩個行李箱，衛生程度滿意，職員態度親切，共用空間設備亦充足，但自助行李寄存方面比較欠缺安全感，所寄存的空間在等候升降機的位置，雖然有CCTV監控器監控，但難免因為共用空間是任何人都能進出，而且有些手提行李未必有鎖，實在擔心，希望這方面能改善。

カードキーを部屋に置いたまま出た際、メールで状況を説明すると、15分程度で遠隔でカードキー発行してくれて助かりました。トイレは、トイレトペッパーを流せないのが欠点です。空港直行バスのバス停が目の前にあり利便性は良いと感じました。
