Great hotel in Seoul

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone was attentive and professional. Make sure to book rooms on "Club" level for great breakfast, tea and cocktail hour perks. Only one minor complaint. We thought the bathroom was too dark and needed more lighting. This hotel is next to a huge shopping mall and food court with many options.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul! My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks in the Executive Tower and were delighted with our upgrade to a Junior Suite—spacious, private, and truly relaxing. We especially enjoyed the exclusive access to the La Cime lounge, where we indulged in delicious daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hours—top-notch food and impeccable service throughout. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps away from Lotte Department Store DFS, Myeongdong Shopping District, and subway stations that made exploring Seoul a breeze. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. Highly recommended!
