Lotte Hotel World is not worth to stay. House keeping was not so swift (they cleaned my room around 3 pm) and it was not 5 star experiences at all. I felt like it was 4 or 4.5 star. Sound proof was horrible, bathroom layout was also not ideal. I had to spend more to stay at Sofitel which I satisfied to stay several months ago. I would bot recommend this place unless you have children, you love to shop.
