Check in and out process was easy and quick. The rooms are spacious and clean. The house keepers come daily to clean if you would like. There is a breakfast buffet available for an affordable fee if you'd like but there are lots of shops, bakerys, and cafes in short walking distance from the hotel. The area around the hotel is extremely safe. There are plenty of shops for souvenir shopping, delicious restaurants, unique cafes, and plenty to explore. I've stayed at this property multiple times and each time i am impressed by the impeccable service!

They shut off the air conditioning during the night. When the sun rises in the morning around 6am, the rooms heat up very quickly through the glass windows and the rooms are hotter than the sauna. Spoke to the front desk and management but no actions. 6 nights of literally a hell. Worst part is they turn on the air conditioning in the lobby on the 5th floor where front desk staff is working. Hmmm. If you need temperature controllable rooms with air conditioning, GO ELSEWHERE.

Hotel is in a nice location and walkable to many sites that we wanted to visit. The only draw back is that they turn off the air conditioning for the evening, so it was too hot at night.

We’ve stayed at Nine Tree INSADONG in the past, but this time around, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The room was very dusty. But even worse was the fact that we were traveling with a toddler who easily found a lot of rubbish around and under the bed and couch areas. She even found an open lollipop (who knows how long it was there) and tried to stick it in her mouth. It was gross. We stayed at this location because we like how close it is to a lot of things and we love the surrounding area, but not sure if we would stay at this location again in the future. Hopefully housekeeping does a more thorough job going forward. The biggest up side was that they did have late checkup available, which we appreciated since our flight was later in the evening. It gave us time to put our toddler down for a nap before our trek to the airport. I think it was something like 11,000 won for each additional hour. That was great.

Fantastic hotel--immaculate and modern hotel rooms, close to subway stations, very courteous and helpful front desk staff, delicious breakfast buffet, popular shopping alley behind the hotel. It's just a few blocks away from the always crowded Myeongdong eating/shopping district. Also there's a beautiful, historic temple right across the street which is popular with tourists and locals alike as well a historic site museum and Gyeongbokgung Palace (with the famous changing of the guard ceremony) nearby. I highly recommend this hotel!!
