Great stay

This was my first time in Korea, and I couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is also ideal just a minute walk to the metro and airport bus. The only minor issue we experienced was with the room temperature. The building’s air conditioning was turned off due to it still being cold at night but with it being so hot during the day we couldn’t get the thermostat any lower than 26c even sleeping with the window open. Thankfully the staff gave me an electric fan to use. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff, especially Chris Lee, was very helpful with an issue that we had with Expedia. He went above and beyond to make sure it was settled. The breakfast is great, but for a long term guest the menu gets repetitive. Overall, it was a very good experience and we would recommend this hotel.
