The room was spotless and the staff was helpful. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. Very good local food as well as salads and western style breakfast. My son couldn't get enough of the roti canai and I enjoyed the nasi lemak. It is faily close to KLIA airport and the pool was excellent.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, the room was large, the bathroom a moderate size and whilst there is a water heater for tea and coffee but it defeated me in its operation. There are good amenities and on sight restaurant. There is a shuttle bus to the airport but flights before 5 a.m will require a taxi. I was a very relaxing stay and if i had booked through my Accor hotel app would have gained points for further stays.

The location of the hotel to the Airport. The shuttle bus was excellent ( however we didn’t realise you could get it from the airport and would have appreciated a timetable). We used a taxi from the airport and used the shuttle bus to catch our flight. Check in was good but we asked about breakfast and was told it was not available due to our 6:00am flight. However a number of other travellers had a take-away when we boarded the bus. Swimming pool, restaurant etc looked fab. Room was ok. Bit basic. One glass to drink water? When we asked for another, they brought another coffee mug? Also one tea bag.? Little things but it just gives a bad impression. Hotel ok for a basic stop-over. Not near anything by foot. Shopping mall/ outlet about 7 minutes by car and about £15 for a one-way journey when we looked on Grab during early evening.

The hotel was fine we booked it for one reason to get the shuttle bus to the airport. We booked ourselves on the 6am bus to arrive and find the bus was full. It was chaos a second bus was there but no driver it took me to bring it to the attention of the staff and they were ringing the driver but no answer. I got a taxi myself the staff need to sort who coordinate the shuttle buses

I didn’t have an hairdryer in our I asked at reception for one 5.30pm it still hadn’t been delivered by 8pm. Called reception from room to ask where it was. A gentleman came to bring said hairdryer only to barge in the room saying he wanted to check that it wasn’t in the place it should have been. My wife was naked apart from her pants standing next to her bed when he barged in. He turned around only to say oh my god, oh my god!!! My wife shouted to him I don’t believe it… Got in bed to cover herself up! We complained to the hotel manager only to be told we had lied. The young man was of Pakistani/Bangladesh origin it was a way that he would have behaved like in his own country! Totally unacceptable & no apology…
