The hotel and everything was great and I even upgraded to a premium (club room) free of charge. The staff was polite, vast choice of delicious breakfast, the décor throughout was beautiful, and the room we stayed was also great, not to mention the efficiency and fun buggy ride. Just great all round, well recommended.

Very comfy stay. Would recommend. Easy access from KLIA international. Has buggy that takes you from terminal to hotel (or you can walk) Easy for next day flight. KLIA lots of food options - food garden 24h or restaurants on international departure floor. Gym, jacuzzi and spa available in hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Malaysian style :) Will come again.

Bad luck with trying the suit room

I normally stayed in the standard or deluxe room and always have very good experience at Sama Sama hotel. This is the first time I had a suit and the air con was not very cold in the first place and then later in the evening it was not blowing any air at all. Even though their technician came and flushed the pipe and it helped a little, the aircon gave up in the middle of the night. I had to change room at 2.30am in the morning which is kind of inconvenient and sucks.

Lovely hotel, we were here Sep 2019. It's conveniently located landside at KLIA T1. With my Gold member status in a VIP Access hotel, the lovely lady at check in upgraded us to the Club floor. Staff, food, room, amenities all good++. Big, lovely, plush bath towels. They have a comprehensive pillow menu but I did not order any. It's just 1 night. Good selection of f+b at the lounge. Lovely courteous, helpful staff. Had a lovely hot stone massage in the onsite spa after a week walking/ touring in the heat. Thank you Sama Sama, we will be back.

Room was incredibly quiet, no airport or external noise. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. All staff were very friendly. Happy hour in the Premier lounge was great, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Sama-Sama for numerous occassion. Overall, it’s a good business hotel for short stay by the airport. The only negative this time was i could not find any facial tissue in a box anywhere in the room. There was only toilet tissue.

Conveniently located ny attached walkway to KLIA Airport. Staff were lovely and welcoming, dining options were plentiful, rooms were well appointed and comfortable. If you have a layover at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, we recommend staying at this hotel. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed for renovations during our stay.
