Just Renovated, first year of use.

Traditional stone house, located in a quiet neighborhood in Kato Hora, Serifos, half a minute from the bus station, five min walk from the main square. In the heart of Kato Chora you will enjoy the domestic life and the walks in the traditional little alleys. 20 min walk to the nearest beach, going down the route 1 to Livadi.

The 60cm stone walls retain a cool natural cool temperature all the year. Renovated in respect of all majestic Cycladic elements.

Enjoy the beautiful view from the veranda, night sky or relax in the privacy of the back yard.

The residency consists of two levels. At the lower level there is the bedroom area with a double bed, wc and separate shower area. Upstairs is the living room, where there is also another double bed and a single loft bed. Next is the kitchen with fridge and hot plates, and the veranda, with beautiful view to Sifnos, Milos, Kato Hora and the sun set.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Chora Wildlife Refuge. The holiday home offers a kitchen and a balcony.
