Beautiful house located in Ses Salines, a village close to the wonderful beach of Es Trenc. It has a private swimming pool and capacity for 5 people.
The exteriors of the property are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. In its terrace there is a salt swimming pool of 5x2.75m and a constant depth of 1.50m, perfect to refresh yourself. Furthermore, in the well-kept garden area you will find sun loungers and a porch equipped with a barbecue and a large table in the shade so that you can enjoy unforgettable family meals. Being in the village, the house has direct neighbours.

The interior of the recently renovated three-storey house is tastefully decorated. It is also designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. On the ground floor you will find a nice living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook great meals. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floors, where you will find the spacious bedrooms and the other bathrooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them have A/C. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one en suite with shower and one with bathtub. Another flight of stairs leads to a second terrace with chill out area. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Mallorca's beautiful south-east is a unique part of the island, characterised by fine sandy beaches, landscapes of singular beauty and the white salt mountains in Las Salinas. The most outstanding beach is Es Trenc, a natural space of several kilometres. Nature is the protagonist in this beautiful area and the waters of the Mediterranean sparkle in infinite shades of blue. Further east is the Mondragó natural park and different coves such as Cala s'Almonia, es Caló des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards and Portopetro. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, ideal for a fresh seafood dinner or a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera, is close by. In Ses Salines you will find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies; in short everything you need during your stay.

Geweldig verblijf gehad! De foto’s op de site zien er prachtig uit en voldeden helemaal aan hoe het er in werkelijkheid uitziet. Mooie grote tuin met barbecue waar ook van alles bij zat wat je kon gebruiken. Zwembad met half zout water waar je makkelijk met 4 luchtbedden in kunt liggen, hele tuin overdag op de zon! Parasols aanwezig (ook nog extra om mee te nemen naar het strand). Goed werkende airco’s in elke slaapkamer, prima bedden, alles helemaal schoon! Keuken volledig uitgerust met zelfs een Nespresso apparaat, mooie messen, zeer grote koelkast en vriezer, wasmachine en afwasmachine! Ruime hoeveelheid goeie pannen en grote snijplanken. Locatie in een rustig dorpje waar je alles te voet kunt doen, aantal echt goede restaurantjes. Verder is een auto huren wel echt aan te raden. Het kost 40 minuten naar Palma en 60 naar Soller. Prachtige stranden allemaal binnen 10-30min rijden! Gastheer van het huisje aardig maar spreekt gebrekkig Engels. Via Homerti wel goed te doen!

Uns hat nur gestört, dass die Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Hier ging es morgens um 7 Uhr los und das Hauptschlafzimmer ist Richtung Straße gelegen.

Eine erholsame, unkomplizierte Woche im ruhigen Ort Ses Salines. Das wunderschöne Stadthaus mitten in Ses Salines hat uns eine sehr erholsame und gemütliche Urlaubswoche geboten. Der Besitzer des Hauses war unfassbar nett, es hat alles ganz unkompliziert funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten sehr bequem. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Grill hat das ganze noch abgerundet. Leider gab es an manchen Tagen in der Woche Baulärm, da in Ses Salines momentan viel neu gebaut wird. Aber es war auszuhalten und man konnte für diese Zeit gut zu den nahe gelegenen Stränden fahren.
