New house (end of construction 2024) with 1 large garden, 1 large terrace with barbecue, 1 kitchen lounge with fireplace and large picture windows opening onto the outside terrace, 1 fully equipped kitchen (new appliances).
WIFI, linen and cleaning included.

1 double bedroom (bed 160cm with WC, bathroom)
1 double bedroom (160cmx200cm bed)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be made into 1 bed (160x200cm), bathroom with WC shared between these 2 bedrooms.
Air conditionné in each room.
New bedding.

You will have access to 2 surfboards, 3 body surfboards, flippers, masks 🥽 and snorkel, two bicycles.

A 20-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, and the lagoon, Lagoa de Albufeira, an ideal stretch of water for water sports: kite surfing, wing foil, windsurfing, light sailing, paddle, etc....
But that's not all: there are plenty of walks to be had in the beautiful surrounding area.
Sublime sunsets just 15 minutes away on foot.
