In the main square of the resort of Sestriere, just a short walk from the ski slopes, this contemporary apartment for 4 people makes an ideal base for an exciting holiday at any time of year.
On the 2nd floor (with lift) of a prestigious complex, the apartment has a cosy open plan living area, with wooden panelling, a comfortable sofa, smart TV and traditional dining table for 4 people. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. Glass doors from the kitchen lead out onto a large 60mq terrace with BBQ, parasol and sunbeds, which overlooks the heart of Sestriere and the mountains beyond.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a king-size double bed and a wardrobe. French windows lead to a private balcony.
Extra: Bunk beds pull down from the wall of the living room
Bathroom
There is an independent bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet, plus a washer-dryer.

Location
The apartment is a few steps from ski slopes in the heart of Sestriere with restaurants, cafes, ski rentals and supermarkets all very close by. It enjoys breath-taking views of the mountains.
For hiking the Valle Argentera is a 10-minute drive and the Parco Naturale Val Troncea is a 20-minute drive away. The Sestriere Golf Club is just a 5-minute walk.
In the winter season, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor swimming pool (heated) which is open all year.
During the summer months Sestriere and its surroundings offer visitors a rich programme of entertainment, cultural and sports events for adults and children.
Turin airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the flat.
