Worth every penny! Located on a beautiful stretch of 7 mile beach, with crystal clear water and is as calm as a pool. Amenities and grounds are what you would expect from a Ritz - clean, tasteful and well maintained. We got the ocean tower which I would highly recommend for the view and convenience. The gallery bridge that connects the Ocean and Resort towers, was one of our favourite things in any hotel we've ever stayed in. Loved admiring the art displayed from local artists. (Most) Staff and service were world class! Friendly, hard-working and really know how to personalize your experience. The free coffee/tea every morning at the Resort Tower, and freebies by the beach/pool (frozen capaccino, juice, frozen fruit, freezes) were such a nice touch. Convenient location, 10-15 mins from airport and lots of dining options within walking distance if you don't want to eat in the resort. But there's also plenty of options on premise if you don't want to leave the grounds. I would 100% recommend the Ritz-Carlton Cayman Islands and we look forward to visiting again in the future!

If you are gluten free don't bother staying here. Probably the worst breakfast we've ever had at any hotel. The pancakes, waffles and toast literally so crumbly dry! The gf free toast hard to chew. Not many gf options or regular really. I do have to say the service is wonderful! And rooms were clean!

The property is excellent , staff were awesome and very attentive , always looking ways to help. Global crew . The only thing is we didn’t get our oceanfront room until 4 pm, which is what normal check-in time was , we had reached the hotel around noon .

Our stay was wonderful! The beach service was superb and the lunch menu options were fantastic. So many tasty healthy options. We loved the tuna bowl and vegan bowl. Amazing drinks ! The room was spacious and housekeeping was very attentive and providing everything we needed during our stay.

The property looks outdated and dull. The food in the hotel is average and needs more variety. The beach is nice and clean. The service is good. Overall is good but would try different hotels with more modern facilities and better food selection.

The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing! Eva, Shamir and Collins took very good care of us at the pool and beach. The concierge staff was outstanding. Daniel, Raymond, Godfrey and Angel assisted us and answered every question we had throughout our stay. Absolutely loved every single staff member at the Blue restaurant. We felt like family.
