The guest who books the home is required to pre-approve a $500 damage protection deposit that is 100% fully refunded 3 days after checkout if no damages are incurred and the guest follows the house rules to not disturb the neighbors. The security deposit is not charged to your card until after your stay, and it is only charged if there is damage or if a house rule was broken. Please review our house rules and make sure you are okay with them before requesting a rental date. If you break our house rules a dollar amount equivalent to our security deposit will be collected.
