Host interaction was great. Overall space was not great for large party accommodations. Felt like a lot of separation with kitchen and dining on separate floor from living area - no fault of the host, just our take away. The home could have been more clean and professionally terminated. Pillows were also very worn and uncomfortable. Views were great. Had hitch off of our truck stolen at the house but I know this is also no fault of the host - just bad happenstance.

Property was great, only thing is that the TV off the kitchen didn't work the tv remote worked the kitchen and up stairs tv's. The washing machine did not work. They show on the internet that there was soap, shampoo & conditioner hanging on the shower wall. There wasn't. So we all had to live only 2 towel each for our stay.

Amazing view !!

Absolutely beautiful view !!! This was our first family vacation with my husbands family. 14 of us stayed the weekend including my 9,4 and 2 year old. The cabin included high chairs, pack in plays, wonderful pool for the kids to enjoy, hot tub for us adults, fire pit on the deck along with multiple game options. Customers service was great!! When we arrived the ac wasn’t cooling properly but after notifying them with the issue it was fixed in a timely manner. Great communication. Lots of memories made that we will treasure forever.

Beautiful Location!

The home was wonderful for our needs! There were a few things that need to be fixed. The stair rail is loose downstairs. One kitchen chair seemed to be broken; we couldn’t sit in the one chair. Not enough towels at all for a lot of people to stay. The ice machine in the refrigerator seemed to be broken or something. The bathroom shower curtains are molded so that was gross. It was a stunning location and has the best hot tub and pool ever! Nice and warm! Would have like more seating in the common areas Loved the overall experience!

Perfect family vacation

Had our family vacation at this beautiful home and had an amazing time. Close to lots of attractions for everyone to enjoy & we even saw a young bear walking down our street! The kids were so excited!!! The host was very easy to reach for questions and answered promptly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family memories in Tennesee!!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury cabin for a family reunion. There is everything you could need. Plenty of seating to eat together! What a game room for the kids (and adults) and a lovely pool! Beds are comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Host is very responsive and helpful. Loved our stay.

Pool and hot tube water

The pool water and the hot tub water smelled nasty but the place was really pretty. The rooms were so well decorated and I loved the view from the balcony. My whole family really enjoyed the stay overall.

Awesome cabin with the most beautiful view

Cabin was beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and viewing the beautiful mountains! We come to Gatlinburg every year and this is the most beautiful view that we have ever had!! We also enjoyed playing games with the family on the huge kitchen table! We visited during NCAA men’s basketball tournament so we loved watching the games while we were reclining on the couch (at least 5 recliners) We also enjoyed the game room pool and hot tub- this cabin was perfect for our large group of 17!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Great stay for multiple families

This property was great. We have stayed in this area many times and this is the best cabin we have stayed in by far. The view is 5⭐️ without having to sacrifice distance to all the sites and attractions as this cabin is super close to Pigeon Forge and convenient to Gatlinburg. We had 3 families with teens and kids and it slept and fit all of us very comfortably. We had a minor issue with the WiFi and the owner was so helpful he even FaceTimed me to help trouble shoot to fix it in real time. The amenities and cleanliness of the cabin were top notch. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the porch with a million dollar view. Could not recommend this cabin more, from check-in to checkout everything was great!
