This 2022 new construction dazzler boasts a beautiful open concept kitchen and great room, private deck and patio and stunning Smoky Mountain views! At just 2 miles from Pigeon Forge Parkway, you get the best of both worlds — a mountain retreat and access to all the adventures the Smokies can offer!

Other things to note:

The cabin is in a mountainous region; therefore, some roads may be considered steep. We have no issues with a two-wheel drive vehicle under normal dry conditions, but a four-wheel drive vehicle is advisable under adverse winter conditions. We do not issue refunds for weather or driving issues as these are well beyond our control.

Our STARTER pack of basic supplies includes some: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, bed linens and towels. These amenities are limited.

Smart TVs in every bedroom, one in living room & one in lower level for streaming. No streaming services provided.

There is a floodlight camera on the front & back of the cabin to monitor entryways.

The kitchen includes all you would expect in a kitchen; stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, utensils, drinkware and dinnerware. Also a drip & Keurig machine is provided but BYOC!

This cabin is near the heart of the Smoky Mountain National Park and you may be lucky enough to see some of it's wildlife. Please keep a safe distance and do not feed any animals.

We have our cabin on a monthly pest control program that is performed by a certified and professional pest control company. As is the case with all cabins in the area and likely your own home, 100% pest free is impossible to attain and occasionally a bug may slip through these defenses.

House Rules:

Our cabin is a NO SMOKING/VAPING cabin. If there is any evidence of any type of smoking/vaping inside the cabin which can include but is not limited to ashes, odors, ash trays, butts, etc., there will be a minimum $500 fee added to the credit card on file or the cost to repair any damages and or remove smells associated with the smoking, whichever amount is greater.

This is a quiet area and this really isn't a cabin well suited for parties, therefore we do not allow them. Minimum age of 25 to reserve the cabin. We will have to ask you to leave without refund if you arrive with more than 10 people plus 3 additional children age 2 and under, have a party, or aren't accompanied by an adult age 25 or older that booked the property.

We love our furry friends, but out of consideration of those with allergies, we DO NOT allow pets.
