Downgraded our room, refused to refund the difference. Room was unclean and smelled of smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Toilet and tub backed up and refused to fix or move us rooms.

The property needs to be updated when you go in the winter time and you have to go out of your door into the cold to get to the pool area. That’s something I did not like.Also they had know ice ! The pool was nice. The Jacuzzi was nice. They have an outside pool that if you go in the summertime, I’m sure would be nice.The pool was nice. The Jacuzzi was nice. Tv was broke had lines running down the screen, very uncomfortable bed me or my boyfriend didn’t sleep at all when we stayed here, shower would go from hot to cold, they started setting out breakfast at 12:30 the night before, no room service

Nope.

I’m going to start with the positives. The staff was kind, they offered a good breakfast, the room was spacious, and the pool area was clean. However…the overall vibe of this hotel is not one I wish to experience again. Upon arriving, I could tell this was not going to be what I signed up for. This is a motel, not a hotel. Access to any floor other than the first was inconvenient. Only one elevator, and 2 stair cases. This hotel does have some rooms that are pet friendly, and some of the pets weren’t so friendly. They barked all night long. 🙃 The rooms are spacious, and mine had a separate living room area with a small table. However, it felt dirty. The chairs and couches were stained, and the TV color was messed up. The bathroom was tiny and there was barely enough room to turn around in there. I had 3 teenage girls with me for sports tournaments and getting ready was a nightmare. Low, dull lighting in every room. The beds were not comfortable. There were dried substances in the walls, which I presume to be boogers. Oh, and the last night I was there, I woke up to what a assume were rodents scratching inside the walls. I do NOT recommend, and will not be staying here again. The place needs to be cleaned better, ceiling tiles and caulking in the bathroom areas need replaced, and a fresh coat of paint and new lighting would work wonders…oh yeah, and an exterminator. 🙃

Jacuzzi room wasted my money

Jacuzzi room with separate living area. Large room. Only one heater for both rooms so was chilly. Unable to use jacuzzi tub because the bottom was too slippery to get in without falling. Bedroom area only had one table lamp so room was too dark. Indoor hot tub was misnamed. Should be barely lukewarm tub.

Poor cleaning

Well here are pictures of my room before I started to sleep beds were comfortable and chairs. What I seen in the outside pool not great and also the rooms was not vacuumed.

This is a very old property. Great location for events at the convention center. Our room was literally in the indoor pool. Shower didn’t drain properly. Room was a great size. Could definitely use some upgrades but for the price it was acceptable. New Target one stop light down the road was incredible and convenient.

The property was clean. The pool area was nice indoors. With it being winter the outdoor one was closed but the indoor facility was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodable for us getting in extremely late. Breakfast was your standard Continental Hot breakfast with multiple options. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. No stains on any of the bedding or towels! Tvs work great and there was lots of space in our double queen suite.

It's a great place to stay in the winter. They have a Jacuzzi and indoor pool and another outdoor pool. Beds are so very comfortable. We stay here all the time and it's pet friendly.

Overall got the job done

Overall good. Best breakfast buffet. The rooms are outdated. They have very poor housekeeping and maintenance. The room was very spacious and set up nice with plenty of room to move around. There was something spilled all over the phone, the clock, and nightstand when we arrived and housekeeping came and cleaned it up. The floors are dirty. Big stains in the chairs. All the dresser draws were full of dust and dirt. The shower wouldn’t drain, it was full of grime. The shower stopper was broken. The shower knob was broken which made it extremely hard to adjust it to get a hot shower. The room is set up like a 3 room setup; living/dining room, bathroom/ vanity, and then the bedroom was in the back away from front door. I really like the room layout because we are door level with the parking lot. The room we were in had two levels above us; you hear everything. I think someone had a child play basketball above my bed until 3am. The place is outdated and the hotel maps shows they have laundry and vending on all 3 levels which the do not have any at all. The only time you can get a beverage at this hotel is when breakfast is being served. Overall the price is good; we were staying for a volleyball trip and it was not a vacation; we were not looking for luxury but for comfort. The beds were very comfortable and clean. They do have indoor and outdoor pool. The pools are pretty small. There’s no view at all; parking lot, interstate. Hard to drive in and out. Nothing within walking.
