⚠️Note: The last .15 mile to this cabin are on a paved but steep, small two lane mountain road. AWD/tire chains will be required in seasons of heavy rain or freezing temperatures.⚠️

LOCATION
Located in the beautiful Wears Valley, with close proximity to Pigeon Forge, DollyWood and GSMNP. Approximately 6 miles to the Parkway with back road access in times of congestion (via Goose Gap Road).

PROVIDED
- Starter pack of paper towels & toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, trash bags, hand soap, bodywash/shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods and sugar are provided to help kick off your stay! We recommend that our guests stop at the nearby grocery stores for additional items to last the duration of your visit.
-Bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens, beach towels for the hot tub.
-The kitchen is fully loaded with spices, plates, glasses, silverware, skillets, pots/pans, toaster/crock pot, cooking utensils, etc.

🌟Items that you may want to bring: food, beverages, coffee, coffee filters (basket type), napkins, foil, plastic wrap/ziplock bags and extra laundry detergent.

🚗 Mountain Driving:
⚠️ All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) will be required to reach the cabin in snow/ice (Oct-April).
▻ We strongly suggest winter tires or chains if snow or ice is forecasted, as they can significantly enhance traction and control and could be necessary on steep mountain roads.
▻ The last 20 seconds of your drive to the cabin are on quite a steep incline. The driveway is flat and has room for up to 3 vehicles.

🐻 Mountain Living:
– Bears are VERY smart; they know how to open unlocked car doors.
– Critters may find their way in; we have regular pest control.
- Power/Internet outages may occur in extreme weather. The well requires power – if there’s an outage, water will stop once the tank runs dry. Our cabin is on the best whole cabin well water filtration system available. Our water is softened to prevent iron.
📱 Cell service may be limited in some areas. Please download maps offline and enable Wi-Fi calling to avoid connectivity issues.

ITEMS TO NOTE
★Must sign rental agreement upon booking within 48 hours.★
★A $300 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.
★ Purchase Travel Insurance to protect you in the event of weather that would make roads impassable to vehicles with AWD.
★Please no pets, our property is dander free. No smoking inside or with doors/windows open/near doorways. Violations will forfeit the security deposit and be liable for related damages**
★Please do not litter and throw trash/beverage containers into the forest/off of the deck. Excessive cleanup fee will be applied on an hourly basis for littering.
★Trip insurance is highly encouraged, refunds are not offered for severe weather or illness.
★Please do not tamper with our cameras or wifi. Disconnection of the wifi or cameras will result in a service all charge and a visit from our security team.
★4wd vehicles/tire chains are required for seasons with elevated risk of freezing temperatures, sleet or snow (October-April).
★We have a weekly lawn service that may happen to fall during your stay. These services will occur between 9-5, will make every attempt not to disturb you, and will not require access to personal areas.
★This is a cabin in the woods. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed). Refunds are not offered for bugs.
★Guests must walk up exterior stairs and onto deck in order to reach the first floor.
★The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time night of check in for water to heat. Please do not sit on the hot tub cover and recover the hot tub whenever it isn't in use. No glass, food/drinks, pets, oils/soaps, debris of any kind are allowed in the hot tub. Do not climb on or sit on the hot tub cover. Damage/excessive cleaning due to hot tub condition will result in forfeiture of security deposit and service fees.
★PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BEARS, it is a crime. LOCK ALL CARS upon exit and do not leave food in your car. Lock the front door, especially while cooking. They WILL open car doors and get into trash that is left outside. This is a cabin in the mountains. Viewing wildlife from a safe distance and with appropriate precaution is part of the Smoky Mountain experience.
★Motion activated security cameras are present onsite, located at the front door entry and pointed at the driveway. They record 24/7. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside.
