Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, on the edge of the Jewish Quarter, just opposite to the Murillo Gardens. The Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.

The interiors are of exceptional quality and finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style. There is central air conditioning with cooling and heating, wooden flooring and double-glazed windows. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is inside one of the bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 also has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe.

Next to bedroom 2, is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The washing machine is stored underneath the washbasin.

The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building fully renovated in 2019, with elevator. A total of four balconies face the Av. Menéndez Pelayo. It a busy avenue but the apartment provides good insulation and noise reduction. Across the avenue are the Murillo Gardens, one of the most beautiful parks in Seville.

Great location! Everything we wanted to see was a 10 minute walk or less from the apartment. Close enough to everything but not so close to be surrounded by tourists.

Nice place

It was a well stocked apartment. Location was awesome. The washer worked great. elevator. Air conditioner worked well. It was very clean and the beds a bit hard but that be a Spain thing. The master bedroom is beside a busy road but we had earplugs so no problem. The other bedroom had no road noise. The only problem is we lost our wifi for a day and half and nobody responded until the next day when were leaving. So kinda tough not having it when you rely on it. We would stay here again. Loved it

Apartment is in a great location and directly across a street from a public garden. Close to shopping area with restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well supplied. The owners were great to work with. They met me at the apartment after we established an arrival time to hand off the keys.

Amazing Apartment in Seville

All communications with the manager were prompt and provided all the information requested. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed and the information book answered all questions. The location was superb. Although on a very busy Main Street when the windows were closed, there was very little noise. We can’t say enough good things about this accommation.

We couldn’t expect more. This is truly an exceptional apartment.

This apartment is new, well designed and nicely decorated. It is perfectly located, a few steps from the Cathedral, the Alcazar, Plaza España, etc. A real gem. We hear some noise from the street but it doesn’t keep one from sleeping. We would definitely go back.

Eine äussesrst gemütliche und gut eingerichtete Wohnung, ideal gelegen! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden, und Bushaltestellen gibt es viele in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Was man wissen muss: neben einer 6-spurigen Strasse schläft man mit Ohropax besser! Wir würden die Wohnung wieder wählen!

Buen apartamento

La ubicación es perfecta, está nuevo y es muy agradable. Solo que a pesar de tener ventanas aislantes, da a una avenida con mucho tráfico y es un primer piso por lo que por la noche hay ruido.
