The Real de la Carretería apartment is a true gem, both for its privileged location and its wonderful terrace with a private pool.

Upon entering, you step directly into the living room—a spacious and very bright area with a comfortable sofa corner, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen blends harmoniously with the living room, separated by a small step. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare any meal, and it also features a dining area that can seat up to seven people.

On this same floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony, and a full en-suite bathroom, along with an additional guest toilet for extra convenience.

Upstairs, there is an open-plan area with a second bed and direct access to a spectacular private terrace, divided into three spaces: a pool area with sun loungers, a chill-out area perfect for drinks or a casual dinner, and a dining area with a table and chairs for eight guests. Pool open from 15th March to 15th November.

The Arenal neighborhood is one of the most important and beautiful areas in Seville’s historic center. It is home to iconic landmarks such as the Torre del Oro, and is separated from the Santa Cruz neighborhood by the magnificent Cathedral. This area is well known for its wide variety of tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and small local craft shops. It is easily accessible by public transport and car, with three public parking lots nearby.
