Management company 'genteel home' a complete waste
Horrible experience from start to end.
Difficulties accessing this property by car as the management company provide no information on how to best access the property by car (just to drop off suitcases) and say no cars are allowed near any of the streets near the property but provide no further information.
We were initially told that the property had electric problems and our stay would need to be booked into another apartment which we did not like the look didn't like the look of the apartment, we were told the original was was available again. Only to arrive with all our suitcases and food from a 10 minute walk with all cases to be told that the electrics don't work still...
We were told there was one other apartment available, but no photos were available to see the property beforehand. Of course when we arrive it's the downgraded apartment we initially declined to swap as this did not meet our needs. And the place hadn't been cleaned, flies all over the kitchen!
We had a booking at the alcazar which we had to make to we agreed with the management property to hold our cases at the 2nd property while we go to the alcazar as they wouldn't provide any reimbursement for the hassle and delays they had caused out of their own carelessness to check these properties before they are rented out.
We were finally offered another apartment which was no better than the one we booked only WHEN we rang to cancel. They wouldn't offer anything else beforehand..
