The apartment is in a pedestrian street without heavy traffic around and is therefore very quiet and peaceful. It is beautiful and luminous. In less than ten minutes walking, you could find the historical medieval defensive walls, the Andalusian Parliament (in a sixteenth century hospital), Virgin Macarena s Church or the Theme Park Isla Magica . The Cathedral and La Giralda tower can be found in less than thirty minutes walking, with a nice walk that leads through the narrow streets, pretty squares or the typical Andalusian houses that are so characteristic for Seville. Esmeralda is a spacious apartment for up to eight people. With three separate bedrooms, it is the perfect living space for a large family or a group of friends who might prefer to have the communal living area completely separate to their sleeping space. This apartment has been reformed and refurnished with convenience and comfort in mind. It is located on the third floor in the block (with an elevator) with air conditioning and heating, and plenty of natural sunlight during the day. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, plus pots, pans and all cookings utensils everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. The bathroom has both bath and shower, and all towels and bed linen are provided. The living room is comfortably set up with a three seater sofa and two large armchairs, a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs, plus a television, DVD player and stereo.
