Our favorite hotel during our six weeks in Europe

We did a six week trip all over Europe and stayed at a lot of different Hotels. This marvel of a sanctuary was the best we stayed at. The tranquil courtyard, the evening musician, the service, the healthy breakfast with fresh fruits were all top class. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Actually I would move in and never leave if they let me. This hotel might be small and has no pool but makes up for that by its fantastic charm and the way they treat you here. Would recommend 1000% On the day of our departure we had a late train out of Seville and wanted to spend the last hour in their courtyard with a bottle of Champagne. We were informed that they were out of the one we wanted, but they had dispatched someone to a local restaurant to secure one just for us. This is the level of service you get at this place. They truly make you feel special. We were in Paris before coming to Seville and the morning Croissants here were devine. Better than the ones we had in Paris and that is a very high bar indeed. The room was lovingly decorated, the bathroom had a real shower with great water pressure. Not one of those step into a tub and we mounted the sprayer up high so pretend it is a shower as you flood the room like you find a lot of times in Europe. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable for a great night sleep. Up top they have a great rooftop with lounges great in the evening for star gazing.

We stayed at the off site apartment which was very conveniently located in old town, adjacent to the Jewish quarter. The apartment was clean and the service was wonderful. I would definitely stay with Casa del Poeta again❣️

Staff was great except I had asked before arrival about a laundry unit and they said there was no self service. I thought I had read that there was. So, after doing laundry in a public laundromat, we arrive and find out there is a washer and dryer in our unit. That was a bit annoying because we spent 2.5 hours elsewhere when we were already short on time. Otherwise, quick response times and friendly staff. Unit was dated but worked well for our quick trip. Would stay again.

Nice location!!!!!

We booked apartment, location was good and we able to walk to all attraction. Our apartment had 2 bed and 2 bath but one of the bathroom had no ventilation so practically we cannot use as that will create smell in the room. Also their apartment is in separate building and there is no attendant in the apartment building. For anything you need to call main hotel or walk 5 min.

We booked the hotel with the starting date being one day later than our expected checkin date and only found it out when we showed up at the hotel. We ended up with booking that night with the hotel directly and checking out one day earlier. We requested the hotel to be flexible in their cancellation policy (we missed the dealline) to issue the one day refund to us considering that we ended it up staying with the hotel with the same number of days. We tried but couldn't find any chance to talk to the property manger during the stay due to the manager being off duty. We contacted Expedia but got the response that hotel wouldn't adjust their cancellation policy. It would have been a pleasant experience had we not paid for 3 nights for 2 night stay.

Our stay at Casa del Poeta Sevilla was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and within walking distance to all the main attractions, shopping, and fantastic dining options. The property itself is charming, with beautiful décor, and a serene atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the inner courtyard was a peaceful spot to start the day. Everything about this hotel was amazing! From being greeted to sitting down and having a cocktail while listening to a guitarist play during the check-in process set the bar extremely high our room was the family room, extremely spacious and comfortable!
