Exclusive apartment located in a historic building that has been completely renovated without losing part of its essence. It is located on Calle Santa Patrona a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Torre del Oro.

Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed, side table, chairs, dining table with capacity for up to four people and a balcony with exterior views. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has all the necessary utensils.

At the bottom left is the corridor that distributes the other rooms of the apartment, the first door on the left gives access to the master bedroom that has two bedsand a wardrobe. Finally, at the end of the corridor we find a complete bathroom with a shower.

The apartment features a magnificent private terrace on the third floor of the building, equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for your enjoyment.

The area of the apartment is magnificent, walking we can reach all the main monuments of the city in a few minutes. In the same area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars of the city, small and large shops.
