Don't forget the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson, which is just 25 minutes from the cottage!

The accommodation, entirely on one level, consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the dining area and living room, a bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity, and a separate toilet. The second bedroom is located in the living room on a high-quality 140cm x 190cm sofa bed. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room allows you to enjoy meals outdoors and barbecues during the summer.

300 meters from the cottage is a small private pond surrounded by nature, ideal for fishing, relaxing, and barbecues. You can catch carp, roach, and pike there. A little further away is the "La Moine" river: beautiful walks await!

The cottage is adjacent to another cottage that can accommodate 4 to 7 people (H49G015760 - La Pierre Bleue B). By renting both cottages, you can accommodate up to 11 people across the two cottages. The outdoor spaces remain separate, private, and not overlooked. The parking area is also private.
A non-private washing machine is shared with the neighboring cottage in a laundry room adjacent to the cottages. A high chair and cot are available upon request.
Included in the rental price: electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi internet connection. For remote workers, you can connect directly via Ethernet to enjoy a fast connection!
