Hotel is perfect for those who prefer to stay away from the busy part of town, while enjoying the convenience of wide variety of restaurant options nearby and easy access to public transportation. City bus to and from airport stops right at the hotel. MTR station and minibus stops within 10mins walk. Hotel is clean and well maintained. A plus was the self-operated laundry room on the 3rd floor.

The bus stop from HK Airport goes directly to the property when you take the A41, making the trip from the airport a breeze. There's a lovely river accessible by pedestrian tunnel without having to cross the street, though crossing the street is not bad either. The River has parks that are open from 7am to 10pm for a nice walk / exercise. (I did 7 miles along the river each morning before shops opened)

The location is excellent that is walkable to city one and its train station. The room is clean and tidy and quiet The view is very nice The pillows are excellent My mum told me that buffet is very good value for the money. Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to try this time. I definitely want to try on my next trip. I definitely will revisit again. It will be excellent if the hotel offers some kind of rewards program for regular guests.

Beautiful hotel. Very tall ceiling with nice views of the mountains. Had a terrace on the 3rd floor where I brought my 1yr old to exercise. Rented a bicycle to side along the river as well, very scenic ride. We will be staying in the same hotel again next time.

Almost everything was very good. The concierge and front desk very helpful. Check in was good. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping very good. Only complaint, which unfortunately was very unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, was a very bad sewage smell in the shower stall drainage. The smell was only present in the evening (does not smell at all during daytime). It's pungent enough that when you are showering, it smells like you are showering in a sewer. We stayed there for 7 nights. We made complaint on 2nd night and they did try to fix it. Never really improved and by 3rd night we had enough, kids did not want to go into shower at all. Hotel did apologize and switched us to a different room. The bathroom was much better but still not perfect. The shower stall had a constant cigarette smell (hotel is supposed to be smoke free). Other than this very unpleasant experience, the hotel was very good. Unfortunately, this is still something that the hotel really needs to address, even when everything else was very good.
