객실은 깨끗하나 직원들도 시스템도 미흡하고 가격에 비해 뷰가 좋지 않음, 디테일적인 작은 어메니티들은 좋음, 부띠크 호텔느낌, 조식은 특히 블루베리 고ㅓ일이 좋었고 중식 양식 일식이 고루 있었음 엘베고장 정전등 여러가지로 첫인상은 좋지 않았으나 서비스태도는 아주 훌륭! 택시가 찾기에 힘든 호텔입구가 불편함, 투숙객들은 젊은 사람들이 대다수, 나름 힙한느낌! 다시가라고 하면 궂이 다시 가진 않을것 같음

高級感があり素晴らしいホテル。 たまたまスイートにアップグレードしてくれて、とても素晴らしい体験でした。部屋のミニバーも飲み放題、 全体的に綺麗で、食事も美味しかった。 レストラン、ロビー廻りは都心とは思えない静かなオアシスのような空間。ルーフトップバーもお洒落。

Atmosphere was amazing. Loved my room(shikumen view). Gym and swimming pool, bars were good and breakfast menu wss special. All the people there was so kind and supportive. And especially Joy Epler Aragon made us so compotable for our stay! Neighborhood was also good so I will definately choose Alila Shanghai again for my next Shanghai trip.
