Overall is good, such as cleanliness, comfort, location to public transportation. BUT the room was full of smoking smell even thought I reserved for NON-smoking room.

Good Hotel in great location to local transport.

The hotel was nice although getting a tired with ripped curtains etc in my exec room (3960) I do need to call out the exceptional service from one of the front staff Ricky. I had a travel problem and he dealt with it for me, without I am not sure I would have got to the airport in time for my flight. So massive thank you Ricky!

3泊したが、５つ星ホテルとは程遠い。 スタッフの挨拶は終始なかったし、質問に対し電話しながらの応対で適当にあしらわれた。 大きい荷物を持っていたが、一切手伝いも声がけもなかった。 ロビにあるスツールは破れている。 部屋はキレイに掃除されているが、コーヒーポットの掃除は一回忘れていた。なぜかコーヒーパックの補充は日によって数量が違った。 シャワーの水圧はギリOK。
