We stayed in R805 from May 19-25,2025 and we had a good experience in our area except that the refrigerator has been changed 2x and the aircon was not working well. We have to call the engineer to fix it. The ceiling was dripping in the bed near the restroom. The rest are excellent- the staff services,the concierge staff are excellent especially James. The rest are outstanding. We would recommend our friends here if the rooms are properly okay. Thank you!

The location is good. Walkable for most of the things you need in shanghai as shopping , bars , restaurants etc' .. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the breakfast can e better, and i was on the 19th floor and i felt like the rag is smelling and it cause the hallway to be not a fun walk towards the rooms, even the room itself need to change the rags. It was semlly but not so bad. In general this is the only 2 things, I stayed for 10 days in this hotel.

Hotel location was convenient to nanjing road and the bund. Water pressure and temperature was good. However, furnishings and carpet feels that it has not been refreshed for a long time. For the price of the accommodation, we would prefer more dedicated services, such as opening of car doors or entrance doors. Only some will. On our arrival, no one helped to open the car doors or unload our luggages or open the hotel doors. A bell boy only came to help us when we were mid way checking in. But on check out, there was a bellboy that asked if we needed assistance, and another that offered to help load the luggages. Service standards could be improved and further streamlined. Not all staff looked friendly too, Many seemed to be just standing around and ignoring the guests, only greeting some guest. Unlikely to stay here again for this price and such inconsistent service even though the room was sufficiently comfortable.

The hotel was great! Large rooms with great views of the Bund or the Yu Yuan marketplace. Three blocks from train station and 10 min walk to Yu Yuan garden. Hotel staff were true professionals who made us feel welcomed. Finally had a chance to enjoy the Spa as well! Lots of local restaurants as you walk towards Bund. Highly recommend.

A lot of the staff don’t speak English, so could be a problem if you can’t converse in Chinese. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel in a convenient location. The hotel isn’t new but clean Nd generally well maintained.

Excellent location, walk to the bund. But I feel they can pay more attention to the details as a five star hotel. The shower water flow out of the shower room and wet the floor of bathroom is annoying. Tower and robe quality is like 3 star hotel.

Ideal location

The Westin Bund centre is ideally located. It’s 10 min walk from the Bund. Walking distance to both the shopping street and Yuyuan garden. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Location of this hotel was excellent. Room was clean, decent sized and breakfast had a good selection of food. This was topped by staff which were courteous and accommodating. We were travelling as a couple with a young toddler and it was a shame we only had a short stay planned this trip. We will definitely be back again for a longer trip. Special shout out to Reina and Away whom made this trip extra memorable for us.
