I was extremely grateful for the service given to me at the hotel. I most appreciated the resteraunt for helping me put together a catering order for up to 11 people. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. A big shout out to receptionists who made our accommodations so comfortable.

This was an okay place for our one night stay. A quick five minute drive to the airport worked out well. The hotel is rather dated. We had to take the stairs to our room- not easy with heavy suitcases. The bed was not the most comfortable and the room itself was quite basic. All in all, if you are heading to the airport, this works, just feels overpriced for the hotel itself.

Really nice hotel that was perfect for our last night in Ireland. Proximity to the airport was close but without that airport hotel feel. Walkable to the local mall with shops and groceries, nice staff, good restaurant.

Great location, quiet, and well appointed hotel

Great hotel and overall quiet setting near Shannon. We didnt partake in the restaurant. No reason specifically, but a local recommended a place in town that did not disappoint. I am sure by the impression and experience we had all iver Ireland, that the food here is probably excellent as well! The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and overall tastefully decorated location. Definitely if returining to the area we will stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The live singer in the bar on Saturday night was brilliant. The bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel and the breakfast was great. Lots of choice. We stayed to do a local parrun at Illmanaugh.

Very bijoux bathrooms!

Handy hotel for business trip in area. Close to Shannon airport. Rooms are spacious, especially Junior suites BUT the bathroom is very narrow and tight. Has all the necessary large shower etc but narrow width means you walk out of the shower into the basin leaving little room to dry off. Bistro bar serves food of good quality at a reasonable price.
