This memorable cottage is the perfect home base for your trip to Shawano. Guests will enjoy a serene space featuring one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a superb living room that includes a comfortable futon. The bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, the cottage stays comfortable no matter the season. Whether you’re curling up with a book or planning your next adventure, this fantastic retreat provides a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Tiny, tiny cabin

Very small bathroom and bedroom. The outdoor space was very adequate. There were kayaks, stand-up board with paddles, and paddle boat, but no life preservers. The grounds manager was helpful and kind as was the owner.

The setting of this cottage is lovely, nestled among other cottages, but not crowded. Everything was spotless. The kitchen had the essentials, but not in plentiful supply for any elaborate cooking. We mostly eat breakfast in the cottage; therefore that was adequate. Outdoor furniture was well spaced and comfortable. Even though we did not use it, a modern washer and dryer was available, which is usually not found in rentals. The queen bed was very comfortable. I would not hesitate recommending this cottage.

Nice small cottage on the lake

Nice small cottage, well maintained, close to water (behind another cottage facing the lake), nice access to the beach (shared beach chairs, kayaks etc.), close to town. Nice neighbors (although one rowdy set did keep us up at night). Physically very compact, so good for a couple.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful experience on Shawano lake while staying at the Lily Pad. We took advantage of renting the pontoon and fished off the dock. The sunsets were beautiful. The property was beautifully maintained and communication with the owner was perfect!

Nice place

We were in town to visit family, so we really weren't in the condo that much. It was a good place to sleep each night. The first day we had an issue with a clogged toilet. A previous guest had flushed something they shouldn't have. Denise was very prompt in getting it fixed that same day!

Impressed!

Property was very clean - very comfortable - very accommodating! Denise was very responsive to my emails which was great as this was my first time using VRBO. Area was quiet around the cabins which was great being near a county park.
