Chill Out and Explore Western Washington

I am an 81 year old Florida who grew up on the Olympic Peninsula. I have friends and family here. The week prior to stay was family time with my children and their children. They lead busy lives, so the log cabin was the perfect place to go to chill out, explore or have visitors over. Being a retired engineer I appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail of the home itself. It’s a very relaxing setting. The neighbors are nice. And the homeowner was awesome to communicate with. Met or exceeded all my expectations. I have friends back in Florida that have never been here, so much of my time was spent taking photos a tourist. I took in a Mariner game in Seattle; a day trip to Mount Rainer; a day at the beach on Hood Canal and a visit to Historic Port Townsend as well aa local Tumwater Falls.
