The water is usually quite calm and it's not very deep at the property.

The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.

Please be aware that lawn maintenance & hot tub company may stop by unannounced during your stay to service the yard, pick up trash, and Hot tub.
