A great hotel next to the Raffles City Mall and also the metro that provides easy access to tourist places in Shenzhen. There is also a delicious halal restaurant located 5 mins away from the hotel that is not shown in google map. We truly enjoyed the comfortable stay.

its for a group of 4 and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and the location of the hotel cannot get any better. highly recommend for an overnight stay at this hotel. the mattress was sooo comfortable all of us had such good rest..

The rooms are nice and spacious. Theres a mall next to it that has direct access with the hotel. The food there is good. Theres also a market to buy snacks.

The room is so small and very old unlike what the photos show on Expedia website (HUGE DIFFERENCE). The bed is so small, like a single bed but not queen size bed. Noisy environment, always traffic jam around the hotel. Very disappointing.

Staycation with Friends

Myself, my partner and 2 friends spent the night here as a staycation to treat ourselves, hang out and unwind. We had a great a time in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The unit it well clean and equipped with most things you could need. The kitchen is especially well equipped with various glasses, utensils etc. The only in-room improvements I can think of are: 1. a dustpan and broom would have been great for sweeping up some crumbs after our movie with snacks. 2. an international travel adapter. We were quite surprised that they didn't have one even upon request. (The 7/11 across the road thankfully stocked them) These are only minor things and ultimately did not take anything away from the quality of our stay. The breakfast on offer is tasty. It's Chinese style - great noodles to order - with few western options. We are in China though, so I don't know what else you would expect. I give the toiletries a solid 10/10, especially the hand cream and lip balm. Be aware that there is one bathtub between the 2 bathrooms. Again, no big deal, just worth noting. Any members of staff we spoke to were friendly, polite and helpful. Couldn't fault their service. I think the price is about right for 4 people sharing and the location was perfect for us on our staycation. A short taxi ride to Sea World for food/drinks, large mall down below complete with food options and wide variety of cuisine within delivery range too.

Great location and beautiful rooms!

The Ascott is a great option while in Shenzhen. Its a service apartment, so it has a kitchen and washer/dryer unit, which makes longer stays much more comfortable. Its a modern hotel that is in good condition and anything that isn't to your satisfaction the front desk will help you with. They speak English as well, which is a huge plus on my trips.
