We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and everything was great—just like other travelers said. The location is perfect, adjacent to subway station and within walking distance to so many electronics shops and restaurants. The hotel and room was comfortable and clean. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The room was so spacious. The bed and pillows were so comfy, had one of the best sleeps! A big shout out to Jonathan at the front desk, who was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too. Quite a few varieties. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Shenzhen.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city, close to everything, with the metro station directly downstairs. Even better, the food court is connected to the metro, so you can reach both without ever stepping outside the building. It made getting around and finding meals incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank‑you to Ms. Du, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also did an exceptional job—Xiaoer, in particular, kept my room spotless and was always attentive and friendly. I also really appreciated the self‑laundry room on the 31st floor. It was easy to use and saved me from packing too many clothes for the trip. With its perfect location, great service, and thoughtful amenities, this hotel is an easy choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk manager, Ms. Du was incredibly professional and helped us resolve a double-booking issue quickly and smoothly. The housekeeping staff, especially xiaoer 4380 was also outstanding—very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They even prepared `extra water and tea for us. The room was clean and we enjoyed a gorgeous view (we stayed at 28th floor). Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!

Hotel room was great. I would like to compliment 2 special staffs from the front desk. Jonathan and Daphne. When I first arrived after a 4 hours flight, i saw Jonathan who was at the front desk on his mid night shift. I did a request for a room which has bath tub for my kid. With his great customer service attitude he try and manage to secure a room for us. He is willing to go the extra mile to meet customer’s requirements. Daphne, on the other hand. Assisted me on sending a package out to my vendor on an urgent case. Great staffs you have and i am coming back to your hotel every trip in Shenzhen.
