The first two nights of our stay were good. On the third night there was a sporting group in and they partied very, very loud until 2.00am, with that yelling and screaming. I was about to call the police when someone else complained. Not happy.

Nice place, good location

Good stay.. Nice location with quiet room. Bed needs attention as one of those mattresses where one person moves and both move.. But excellent otherwise

Friendly cleaning staff

Cleaning staff insisted on waking me every morning knocking like cops to see if I wanted clean towels or whatever. Even if you try to shh and ignore-- Good Luck to ya! They will bang on your door louder while yelling to get your response, anywhere between 8:30-10@m

The staff had impeccable customer service. The room was very clean and well presented bar a few small stains on the carpet. The little touches were great, such as a newspaper, and extra towels. Car parking was off street, easy to get into, and even caters for taller vehicles. The only downfalls were that there are some aesthetic maintenance issues I noticed could be taken care of, the A/C did struggle fir a while because of high ceilings, maybe a ceiling fan would be good, and a toilet brush in the bathroom would be super handy.

Pool area is better than shown in photos. Rooms are clean and modern. Linen and towels are fresh. No accessible power point near bed. Unfortunately the sliding doors do not have a security or screen door. You cannot get fresh air into the room (don’t like having to use air-con 24/7) Close to Lake and new Coles shopping centre.
