Room 116. Mold on walls. Water damage ceiling and walls. Every wall and curtain was stained with red blotches. Tiles lifting in the bathroom. Drain plate lifted off the floor. Main door frame falling off the wall. Wall heater in the bathroom off the wall and lying on the floor. Top dresser drawer missing. TV broken. Don't try to talk to the owner unless you speak Chinese. Went to get coffee in the kitchen. Dishes were filthy and stained. Our room made us feel we were in a half way house

This property uses misleading advertising. Total dump, Strong disinfectants used in rooms. Run down and broken furniture. One curtain panel that did not cover the ground level window, Worst yet, Expedia’s customer service is now non existent. I left after one night and still waiting to here back from Expedia about getting a refund on three more nights booking,

i dont even know where to begin. This place was run down 30yrs ago and nothing has been done to it since. it was homecoming weekend and the only place that had a room available. The Nuptial Suite! Disgustingly dirty and ragged carpets, dirty room floor, old coffee left in the coffee pot, old broken celing tiles, room smelled of Mark Ten no filter cigarettes amd Labatt 50. Dirty sheets ( had white ceiling tile crumbs on the sheets). Bathroom shower and bath had cigarette burn marks on the acrylic. Dube holes on the chairs. i mean like you name it, that room had it !! The 2 Ptac air conditioners were broken so the AC was 2 window shakers held in the window by ductape. My buddy was going to sleep on the pullout but when we pulled it out, there werent any sheets or blankets and the mattress looked like a crime scene. This place isnt a fixer upper, its a tearer downer!

The room wasn’t very clean and the hot tub was filthy. The jets spewed what may have been old caulking, or maybe lime scale. It was gross. The bathtub drain was slow, leading to ankle deep water by the end of each shower. The box spring on the king bed was broken and the mattress sloped to the edge of the bed. After a few nights we cut our stay short and found another hotel for the rest of our trip.

Pas d’eau chaude dans le jaccuzi, télé non fonctionnelle, plusieurs luminaires non fonctionnelles, douche bas de gamme, plafond avec des trous, murs endommagés, tout date de 50 ans sans rénovations, et devinez quoi dans la supposée suite nuptiale. Point positif, très bien insonorisé et assez propre ( pas de poussière).

This was a typical outdated motel which was lacking in updates, facilities and cleanliness but all of that would have been fine if the room had actually matched the description. We booked the honeymoon suite which was supposed to sleep 7. We booked it for our family of 5. The room only comfortably slept 2!! One bed and one very old sofa bed. We had to take the mattress of the sofa bed and my sons (19 and 21) slept on the floor. Our daughter 17 shared the bed with us. It was disastrous and I would have tried to go somewhere else if the motel wasn’t in the middle of nowhere and anything else relatively close by was fully booked. About 25 min from Foresta Lumina which was why I booked it.

Ne trouvant pas ma réservation, vu que je leur présentait une copie de ma confirmation reçue, ils m'ont alloué ce qu'ils appellent la "suite nuptiale". Grande chambre qui manque d'amour: vitres très sales, salle de bain délabrée, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, etc...
