The property was clean and comfortable, but sparsely furnished. There were 5 of us and we were attending a big family wedding. Other family stayed at properties close by that were very well furnished and welcoming with lots of great indoor and outdoor spaces to get together. We ended up spending most of our time at the other properties where patios and balconies had lots of very comfortable chairs and tables to gather.
The vineyard guesthouse needs some updating, which looks like it was done in the guest bathroom, but the master was small and outdated. The kitchen and eating nook are adequately furnished for a small family, but need some curtains or shades as the morning sun is blinding this time of year. Our only complaint was the vent over the stove that left debris on the cooking surface each morning which we cleaned off. (property manager was notified, but we did not ask them to investigate until after we left). Not sure why or what caused it, but that needs to be addressed and hopefully will be right away. We were uncomfortable about cooking anything but some eggs for breakfast. The outdoor seating area has a great view and we would have spent more time there but some new furniture or some cushions on chairs would have been nice.
Overall a good place to stay for a family if you want a clean place to stay and plan to be out and about doing activities. It's not the place you want to "hang out" at all day especially if you have small kids that want to roam.
