Staff were excellent. The breakfast option is only a packed lunch as stated just to be aware, but next to the services. The second bed (to make a twin) is quite uncomfortable in being a sofa bed. The bath water wont cover your thighs without going over the overflow. Very cheap however which is why still a 4*

Can get very noisy at the back of hotel very early . Staff are excellent especially a lady called kaz on the front desk .
